MEET DR. HUANG & THE STAFF
DAVID B. HUANG, MD
OSAGE VALLEY PLASTIC SURGERY & LAKE MEDICAL SPA, OWNER
Dr. David Huang grew up in California where he attended the University of California, Davis and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He started his career in medicine when he attended the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1988.
After receiving his degree of doctor of medicine in 1992, he pursued his postgraduate medical training in General Surgery at Fairview General Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio from 1992 to 1996.
Dr. Huang then went on to specialize in Plastic Surgery when he completed his residency training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Louis University, St Louis, Missouri, in 1998. He remained at St. Louis University for two years following his Plastic and Reconstructive Residency. Dr. Huang relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks in April of 2000 to start his private practice in Plastic Surgery after becoming familiar with the area while living in St. Louis. He is board certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons since 1999.
Dr. Huang performs both cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. Cosmetic procedures include Breast Enhancements and lifts, Liposuction, Body contouring (tummy tuck, arms/thighs/back lifts), Facelifts, Eyelid Surgeries, and facial rejuvenations with Lasers and Injectables such as Fillers and Botox. Reconstructive procedures include Breast Reconstruction/Reductions, Facial and Body Reconstructions following trauma or surgery, and skin cancer resections/reconstructions.

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Lacey has been the Marketing Director at Osage Valley Plastic Surgery and Lake Medical Spa since July 2015. She handles all of the advertising, social media, website management, and coordination of the events we host at the offices. She also has many years of experience in the aesthetics industry as a Licensed Esthetician since 2006 and is very knowledgeable about all the services we offer. Lacey is responsible for the day-to-day operations at our Waynesville, Columbia, and Rolla locations. She works closely with Dr. Huang and the staff to ensure all patient care needs are met at the highest standard. She is vital to our team and helps keep everything running smoothly. CAROL ELLIOTT, RN, CPSN
CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGERY NURSE AND INJECTOR
Carol has been a practicing nurse since 2003. A graduate of Lincoln University, her background includes nursing in emergency medicine, intensive care, and a critical care flight nurse for the University of Missouri Helicopter Service for 10 years. She began working with Osage Valley Plastic Surgery in the Spring of 2017. She is a current member of International Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and in 2019 became a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse. Carol is always continuing her education in aesthetics, staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques.
In her spare time she enjoys being with her large family, riding atv’s, shooting guns, and is an active member at her church. Her four children keep her incredibly busy running around to dance competitions and sporting events like jujitsu, baseball and basketball.
Carol currently injects Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella and offers laser treatments at all locations.
VALERIE MCCANN BS, CMPE
Val joined Osage Valley Plastic Surgery in May of 2023 as the Operations Manager. She comes to us with 25 years of experience in Healthcare Management. She has managed multiple specialties over the years including dermatology and cosmetics. Val is very passionate about the health and well-being of all patients. She is responsible for the overall management of Osage Valley Plastic Surgery and Lake Medical Spa. Her vast knowledge in healthcare has been a great addition to our practices. Val is originally from Illinois and moved to Lake of the Ozark in 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, cooking and gardening.
